General Questions

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to schedule a consultation.
We are an out-of-network provider. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Services & Programs
NeuroRESET is our personalized brain and nervous system rehabilitation program. It uses cutting-edge neurological testing and therapies to retrain dysregulated systems and help you recover from conditions like POTS, concussion, and FND.
Most programs last 3 to 6 months, with some patients starting to feel relief in as little as 5 days. Your plan will be fully customized based on your condition and goals.
SpineRESET is our non-surgical spinal decompression program that relieves pressure on discs and nerves, supporting healing in patients with disc herniations, spinal stenosis, or sciatica.
We don’t chase symptoms — we look for root causes. Our integrated model blends functional neurology, chiropractic rehab, brain-body retraining, and advanced diagnostics you won’t find in typical medical settings.
Virtual Care
Yes! We offer free video consultations for patients who want to learn more before committing to treatment or who live outside the Phoenix area.
You’ll meet with a clinician 1-on-1 to review your symptoms, discuss your goals, and explore treatment options. There’s no pressure — just clarity.
Depending on your condition, we offer hybrid options, intensive in-person visits, and virtual coaching tools to support long-distance care.

Your first in-person visit includes a comprehensive neurological and spinal evaluation, including our Cognuro LOOK & STAND testing, balance assessments, and sensory-motor evaluations.
Comfortable, athletic-style clothing is ideal — especially for movement-based assessments.
You’re not alone. Many of our patients join our NeurOPTIMIZE maintenance program for continued care and performance-based brain-body support.
