Herniated or Bulging Discs
What It Is
Herniated and bulging discs occur when the soft cushion between the bones of your spine pushes out or shifts — putting pressure on nearby nerves. This can lead to pain, numbness, and mobility issues. It’s one of the most common causes of chronic neck or low back pain.
Common Symptoms
- Pain radiating into the arms, legs, or buttocks
- Numbness, tingling, or weakness
- Pain that worsens with sitting, coughing, or bending
- Stiffness or reduced range of motion
- Difficulty walking or lifting objects
Our Approach
We use a non-surgical decompression method through our SpineRESET Program, combined with postural retraining and nerve rehabilitation. This allows the disc to heal naturally and relieves pressure on spinal nerves without surgery.
What to Expect
Your plan will include spinal decompression, movement therapy, and nerve support exercises. Most patients experience decreased pain and increased mobility within 5–10 sessions.
