We'll Call to Schedule
Once we receive your completed forms, a Patient Coordinator will contact you during business hours (Mon–Thurs, 9AM–5PM) to answer any questions and schedule your Initial Consultation. Appointments book quickly—filling out the forms gets you on the fast track.

You’ll receive a fully customized care plan designed around your goals. Some patients pursue weekly appointments over 8–12 weeks. Others fast-track progress through 2- or 3-week intensive programs.

We look at how your brain, spine, and nervous system are functioning—not just what shows up on labs or MRIs. Our approach blends advanced neurological testing with real-world rehab that retrains your body and brain to communicate properly again.
We are a cash-pay clinic. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover the specialized evaluations and neuro-rehabilitation we offer. However, we accept FSA/HSA accounts and offer flexible payment options to make care accessible.
You’ll meet with Dr. Teames for a full neurological and physical evaluation, including state-of-the-art eye tracking and balance testing. You’ll leave with clear answers and a personalized plan. Expect to be here about 60–90 minutes.
Most patients complete their initial RESET program within 4 to 12 weeks. Others choose 2- or 3-week intensives for faster results. Ongoing support and maintenance are always available if needed.
Yes! Many of our patients travel from across the U.S. for our Intensive Programs. We can help coordinate travel schedules and provide hotel recommendations.
We offer virtual consults for patients who are unable to travel immediately but want to explore care options. Start by submitting your intake form, and we’ll help you determine next steps.
It depends on current availability, but completing your intake form promptly and providing a short summary of your health situation can help us get you in sooner.
Most of our patients have seen multiple providers before finding us. We take the time to understand what’s been tried, what’s helped (or hasn’t), and what’s missing. We’re here when you’re ready for a fresh approach.
Yes. We provide care for patients of all ages, including youth dealing with concussions, anxiety, dizziness, or POTS-like symptoms.
We do not prescribe medications. Our goal is to help your body function better so that you may reduce or eliminate the need for certain medications (in coordination with your prescribing doctor).
We’re open Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Fridays and weekends.
