CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome)
What It Is
CRPS is a chronic pain condition usually affecting a limb after injury or trauma. It involves nervous system hypersensitivity, where pain signals are amplified and the affected area may become inflamed, discolored, or immobile.
Common Symptoms
- Burning, sharp, or throbbing pain
- Swelling, temperature changes, or skin color shifts
- Muscle spasms or weakness
- Reduced movement or coordination
- Extreme sensitivity to touch
Our Approach
We use a combination of nervous system retraining, sensory desensitization, PEMF therapy, and functional rehab to help reduce pain signals and improve movement. Our goal is to calm the system, reduce flare-ups, and restore control.
What to Expect
Patients start with a neurological pain assessment. Most CRPS plans involve layered therapies — including brain-body re-integration, visual retraining, and autonomic regulation. Progress is monitored closely and adjusted weekly.
