FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions and Their Answers

We do not take or bill any insurance at Desert Brain and Spine. Our office policy at Desert Brain and Spine is to collect cash or credit card payments at the time of service.

Well, many of our patients see amazing results, but the term healing can be misleading. While we wish we could heal every patient who walks through our door, we must abide by evidence-based practice, and provide the absolute best treatment for the findings we have.

The SpineReset program’s cornerstone therapy is non-surgical spinal decompression. Non-surgical spinal decompression has shown time and time again to provide amazing results for those suffering from disc bulges at herniations, spinal stenosis, and chronic degenerative issues found in the spine on imaging.

The NeuroReset program is designed more with neurological rehabilitation in mind to help strengthen all the neurological pathways associated with each person’s complaints, injuries, or findings.

We provide neuro and physical rehabilitation in each program; however, one is more neuro-centric and the other is more orthopedic and physical rehab-centric.

While other offices may provide spinal decompression, we are the only office in Arizona to offer spinal decompression and combine it with neurological and physical rehab for each individual’s findings. The brain controls all the muscles of the spine, and if we neglect the brain when considering spine injuries, it leaves room for these issues to return. We don’t take those chances and we rehabilitate the entire person from top to bottom.
We have tried the à la carte method in the past, and while it seems to provide good results, they are only temporary. When we use a program, the results speak for themselves and those patients are very often only seen a few times of year simply for maintenance. Those that participate in à la carte care commonly return for flare-ups and exacerbations often throughout the year.
Each patient receives condition and exam-specific exercises to be performed at home based on their tolerance. We push as hard as we can while staying within your tolerance levels.
Many patients begin seeing results in a few days to a week.
